hereby does subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article XI of
the Declaration of Cc~ndominium, as amended, filed in the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, in OR Book 192, to the lien and encumberance created by
a mortgage instrument between Ray C. & Ruth„~. B~,~cer
and F~rst NationaL Ban~ & Trust Co.
