WITNESSETH: That for divers, good and valuable considerations, and al'so in con-
sideration of the aggregate sum named in the promissory note hereinafter described, said
Mortgagor do e shereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, confirm and

~ of which the said Mortgagor has now seized and possessed and in actual possession,

~ to the Point of Beginning; thence continue to run Northerly along

~ by angle of 89° 25' 20" as measured from South to West run along
