singular and/or plural, and the masculine and/or feminine and the natural and/or artificial persons, whenever and
wherever the mntext so requires or admits, as pariies of the first part. and COAAMUNITY FEOERAI SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF RIVIERA BEACH, a corporation existing under the laws of the United States of America, hereinafter
called the Mortgagee, which term as used in every instance shall include the Mortgagee's successors, legal representa-
tives, and nssigns, as party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable consiaerations, and also in consideration of the agg~egate
sum of money named in the promissory note of even date herewith, herei~after described, the Mortgago~ does g~ant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the foUowing described
real estate, of which the Morigagor is now seized and possessed, and in adual possession, situate in ihe County of
St. LuCie , State of Florida, tawit:

~ TOGETHER with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the fixtures attached

wilhin the foregoing description and the habendum hereof. Also all gas, steam, electric, water and othe~ heating,

may be detached or detachable.

j gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at its option, at any~~me w~thin twenty (20) years from the date hereof and be-
~ fare full payment of this mortgage and notes secured hereby, make further advances to the Mortgagor and any such
i further advances, with interest, shatt be secu?ed by this mortgage and shail be evidenced by an additional note then
` unpaid, and the rota! amount of indebredness that may be secured by this mortgage may decrease or increase from time
i to time, but the total unpaid balance so secured at any one t~me shall not exceed the maximum pr~nc~pal sum of
