~he petition of RUSSELL A. HI~EPPINGER, for an Qrder of Distri-
bation for final discharge as the duly qualifi~d and acting Executor
of the es~~te of RAYMOND R. RUSSELL, deceased, respectfully shows:
1. That the said RAYMOND R. RUSSELL died on September 10, 1968,
and thereafter Letters Testamentary were issued to your petitioner, and
thereafter your petitioner cause~ a Notice of Creditors of said estate
to be published in a lawful manner; the date of the first of such pub -
lication was on September 23, 1.968. Your petitioner has secured Florida
Non-Taxab~.e Certificate No. 17483 from the Comptroller of the State of
Flo.rida as Con~issioner of Revenue.
2. That the following parties filed claims as creditors of said
estate in the following amounts: '
