widow and said.Church did execute with the said ALVNABELLE KLEPPINGER,
EL~ISE LEONARD, LUELLA WIGGS and JOYCE CREASMAN on April 24, 1969, on
file with this Court, which said Agreement this Coort did approve, by
Order dated April 24, 1969, the respective cZai.ms of said widow and
said Church, as beneficiaries under the will of said decedent, were
satisfied by partial distribution made by petitioner pursuant to said
f
Agreement, and said widow and said Church have no further interest in
the assets of the estate of said decedent. `
5. The heirs and beneficiaries hereby consent to the distribution
of the assets as aforesaid and to the discharge of the said RUSSELL Ae
KLEPPINGER as sUCh Executor.
WHEREFORE, the petitioner prays that an order be entered approving ~

this ~etition and directing that distribution be made; that, after he
has made distribution, an order of discharge be entered and that he be
released and discharged from further liability as such Executor.
