•Dear Mr, Greene:
Thank you for pour letter of August 1, 1973 , and the enclosed resolutions
which were passed unanimously at your special meeting of inembers held
on July 30, 1973, in regard to amznding Section 1 of your charter. Under
' the authority delegated to me by Board Resolution No. 73-31T, dated
February 27, 1973, Section 3 of yaur charter is hereby amended. We
are noting our records accordingly that the full corporate title af First
Federal Savings and Loan Association of St, Petersburg is hereby changed
to Florida Federal Savings and Loan Association, the effective date being
November 1, 1973 .
By copX of this letter we are requesting that the Board furnish us with ten
copies of the rnembership certificate showing your new name.
In regard to your other question relative to the use of your old name by an
associatian at some future time, you are correct in assuming that this would
~ not usually be allawed in your area. _
