THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this date upon the
plaintiff's motion Eor an Order allowing the withdra~?al of
the original promissory notes marked Exhibits "A" and "B",
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is
upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the original promissory notes '
be and the same are hereby released to the pZaintiff, FLORIDA
BANK AT FORT PIERCE, and that the copies of said notes attached
to the plaintiff's motion be and the same are hereby substituted
in place of the original promissory notes.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
this lday of October, 1973.
