ORDER SUBSTIT[7TZNG RECEIVER
This cause came on to be heard on the joint motion of the
plaintiff and principal defendants for the Court's approval of
the withdrawal of Mr. J. J. Parrish as Receiver and the appointment
in his stead of Mr. Richard H. Langford. The Court having considered
the joint motion of the parties and being otherwise advised in the
premises, it is therefore
ORDERED, DIRECTED and ADJUDGED that:
1. Mr. Richard H. Langford is appointed as receiver of the
property sought to be forecZosed herein, conditioned upon the
posting af Mr. Langford of a surety bond in the penal sum of $7,500.
2. Mr. Langford shall be bound by the terms and conditions
~ of this Court's original Order Appointing Receiver dated September 7,
i 1972.
3. Mr. J. J. Parrish is hereby discharged from all further
f
duties and responsibilities as Receiver. The Court~shall f ix

~ compensation upon the f iling of a petition therefor by the Receiver
