not sui juris; Administrator ad Zitem for such Defendants -!s may
be deceased; and Attorney ad Litem for such Defendants who may
be in the military service of the United States, to represent
said Defendant and to protecttheir interest in this suit, and
it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that~the Complaint
filed herezn by the Plaintiff be and the same is hereby deemed
to have been confessed by the said Defendants, not known to be
dead or alive, and if dead, theirY±eirs, devisees, grantees,
assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or other claimants by,

in this suit, and that this cause sha11 proceed ex parte as to
