! Sun Bank of Ft. Pierce dated September 28th, 1973, balloning October 6th,
i 1974. In the event that said obligation due said Bank`.:is satisfied in full by
the obligors herein this note shall be of not force and effect. However, in the
event of default by the said obligors on the said Bank ~note this note shall be-
