~ For value received, I, we, or either of us, promise to pay without defalcation, to the order of
HARRIS CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, at their offiqe in Fort Pierce, Florida, the sum of S 4~7~a.-nn
with interest from date at the rate of % per annum, in monthly installments as follows:

; the holder, and without any other notice, all the remaining installments shall be due and payable at once.
! Privilege is given to pay two or more installments at any installment maturity date, but this shall not extend
fhe time of maturity of any subsequent instatlment. Neither forbearance, nor acceptance by the holder
€ hereof after any default in any payment hereon, shall be deemed extension.

Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, jointly and severally, waives demand, presentment, protest
's and notice of protest for non-payment, and further agrees to any extension of time of payment, eiiher before
or after maturity, without notice fo any of us; and to pay all costs of collection, including a reasonable attor- ~
~ ~ ney's fee in the event of any default hereunder, and hereby severally waives all benefit of hamestead and
exemption under the Constitution and laws of each State of the United States, as against this obligafion or
