FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for triai the 31st day of Oct~~er, 1973, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter o~ this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre-
trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE . The marriaye~ between MANLEY ~BLAI~, ~
Husband, and MARTHA BLAI~, Wife, be and the'same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obli-
gations arising therefrom. ~

2. CUSTODY. Custody of MARTI~ ANITA BLAI~, minor child of the }
parties, -is hereby awarded to MARTI~ BLAKE, Wife, with reasonable

; visitation rights reserved to MANLEY BLAI~, Husband.

E 3, PROPERTY. The Stipulation and Agreement admitted into evidence
is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered

' to comply with the provisions thereof.

E . 4. RESTORATION OF NAME . MARTHA BLAI~, Wife, be and sh~ is hereby
authorized to assume her former na~ne of MAR''i'HA LONG, and to use the
~ same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
