This cause coming on to be heard upon the Wife's Attorney's
Affidavit for the enforcement of the Order entered on June 5, 1973,

and the Court being otherwise fully advised,
It is ~hereupon ORDERED:
l. That the Husband, MITCHELL RAY MeCARTY, be comnitted to
the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, for three days.
2. That C. L. Norvell, Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida,

is ordered and directed to comnit the Husband, MITCHELL RAY MeCARTY,
to the St. Lucie County Jail to serve the sentence herein imposed;
and all and singul.ar the Sheriffs of the counties of the State of
Florida are hereby directed to take the Husband, MITCHELL R~Y MeCARTY,
into custody, wherever he may be found, and deliver him to fihe Sheriff

of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, '
Florida, will irm~ediately commit the Husband, MITCHELL RAY McCARTY, #
to the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, to serve three
full days.
3. That the Husband, MITCHELL RAY MeCARTY, may purge himself
by paying to the Sheriff of St. Gucie County, Florida, the sum of
$139.00 arrearage. .
