KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Ruth B. Byrd, a widow, ~
the Plaintiff in that certain suit lately pending in the Circuit
Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, wherein Nat Harrison Associates, Inc., a
Florida corporation, and Anna Agness, Executrix of the Estate of
Ralph John Scialla, deceased were defendants and nnmbered 3100-L,
and wherein judgment in said plaintiff's favor was rendered and
entered in and by said Court under date of September 20, 1972,
in the total sum of One Hundred Twenty Five Thousand ($125,000.00)
and no/100 Dollars, together with cost of said suit in the amount
of One Thousand Sixty Three Dollars and Two Cents {$1,063.02),
which said Final Judgment appears of record in Circuit Court
Minute Book 81, at page 38, of said Court:
" DOES HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE full payment and satisfaction of =
all and singular the monies ordered in and by said judgment `
