ASIDE FINAL JUDGMENT AND ORDER
DENYING MOTION FOR NEW TRIAL
This cause coming on to be heard at 3:00 p.m. October 30,
1973, pursuant to notice, and the Court having heard the testimony
of David Douglass, and finding that the above Defendants knew of

their trial scheduled for August 27, 1973, at 2:00 p.m. and finding
no good grounds presented as ~o why the Final Judgment entered on
September 4, 1973, should b~ set aside, or a new trial should be
awarded, it is the consideration of the undersigned Judge as follows:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Set Aside the Final
~ Judgment and Motion for New Trial filed by the Defendants, be, and the

! same is hereby denied, and the Final Judgment entered September 4, 1973,

~ in the amount of $500.00, plus costs of $11.00 be, and the same is
hereby affirmed.
