This cause coraing on for hearinq this 18th day of Oatober, ~
1973 upon the Complaint filed by the Plaintiff, JAMES GRIGGS,
aqainst the Defendant, BERTA LOCKATELL, and upon the C'ounter- ~
Claim filed by BERTA LOCKATELL, Counter-Plaintiff against
JAMES CRIGGS, Counter-Defendant, and the Court having heard .
the testimony of the witnesses and having gone out to the '
Lockatell property and observed the window and various articles
~ d
of furnishings and the Court being otherwise further advised in ~

the premises, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) That the Plaintiff, JAI~S GRIGGS have and recover the ~
i
sum of $125.00 on the original Complaint.
(2) That the Defendant and Counter-Plaintiff, BERTA LOCRATELL -
f
~ recover the sum of $45.00 on her Counter-Claira, said sum was
f
i
~ arrived at by awarding.the following items: $20.00 for extra -
i
~ electricity used by the air-conditioning; $10.00 to replace the
` window; $5.00 for one days rent and $I0.00 for cleaning the
k
g apartment.

r (3) That the sum owed by the Counter-Defendant Plaintiff,
to the Defendant Counter-Plaintiff be deducted froin the amount
owed by the Defendant to the Plaintiff leaving a balance due of
s
s $80.00.
(4) That each party bear their own costs.
