Lot No. 1034 , Section II , in that certain condominium known as OUTDOOR
RESORTS F AMERICA AT NETTLES ISLAND, as shown by plat recorded in the Office
of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 16,

together with a note secured thereby with interest thereo~ from date of said note.
Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc., as developer and assignor hereundtr hereby does
subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article XI of the Declaration
of Condominium, as amended, filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, F~orida, -
in OR Book 192, page 821, to the lien and encumberance of the mortgage hereby assigned.
