THIS WARRANTY DEED made and executed the 20th day of AuquSt

wise appertaining, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations set forth in the Declaration of
Condominium recorded in OR Book 186~ page 2720, Circuit Court ~ Clerk's Oflice. St. Lucie County,
Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple, forever.
AND the grantor hereby covenants Kith said grantee that it is lawfully seized of said land in fee
