under the laws of the State of Delaware and domesticated to do business
in the State of Florida, the holder of the mortgages and indebtedness
secured by same, recorded in official Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and more fully described as follows:
Mortgage executed by William D. Pendergrast and Cleoda M. Pendergrast,
dated September 30, 1973, recorded in ORB 219, Page 2521, under Clerk's
file ~ 266304 (Lot 842); Mortgage executed by William D. Pendergrast and
Cleoda M. Pendergrast, dated September 30, 1973, recorded in ORB 219,
Page 2524, under Clerk's file # 266306 (Lot 855); Mortgage executed by
William D. Pendergrast and Cleoda M. Pendergrast, dated September 30,
1973 recorded in ORB 219, Page 2518, under Clerk's file # 266302 (Lot 895);
Mortgage executed by William B. Francis, dated September 20, 1973, dated
September 20, 1973, recorded in ORB 219, Page 2527, under Clerk's file
# 266308 (Lot 859).
For valuable considerations received from THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF ATLANTA,
Atlanta, Georgia, hereby on the 24th of October, 1973, assigns and sets
over the aforementioned mortgages, notes and debts described therein to
THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF ATLANTA, with full recourse on assignor.
