and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, the holder of
the mortgage, and indebtedness secured by same of each o£ the mortgages
listed below, recorded in Official Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and more fully described as follows: .

dated September 30, 1973, recor~ed in OR8 219, Page 2521, under Clexk's
file #266304 (Lot 842); Mortgage executed by Wil`~iam D. Pendergrast and
Cleoda M. Pendergrast, dated September 30, 1973, recorded in ORB 219,
Page 2524, under Clerk's file ~ 266306 (Lot 855); Mortgage executed by
William D. Pendergrast and Cleoda M. Pendergrast, dated September 30,
1973, recorded in ORB 219, Page 2518, under Clerk's file #266302 (Lot 895);
Mortgage executed by Wil2iam B. Francis, dated September 20, 1973, dated
September 20, 1973, recorded in ORB 219, Page 2527, under Clerk's file
~266308 (Lot 859).
For valuable considerations received from VENTURE ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION,
Atlanta, Georgia, hereby on the 24th day of October, 1973, assigns and sets
over the aforementioned mortgages and notes and debts described therein
to VENTURE.ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, with full recourse on assignor.
