parties of the first part in and to the easement granted by
General llevelopment Corporation, a Dela~vare corporation,
by that certain Easement Agreement, dated December 13, 1966,
and filed foi• recard December 16, 1965 in Official Records
Book 161 at page 419 of the Public Records of St, Lucie
County, Florida.
SUBJECT to taxes for the year 1973 and all subseyuent years,
zoning ordinances, restrictions, limitations, and easements
common to the neighborhood of record and for public utility
purposes, if any,
The parties of the first pai-t, Doris Ann 1\zolan and Doris
Christine Nolan are one and the same persons as Doris Ann
Nolen and Doris Christine Nolen named in that Trustee's
Deed Transferring Real Estate dated September 30, 1967,
and filed for i•ecord November 20, 196? in Official Records
Book 169 at page 472 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; and the said Doris Christine ~Iolan, wiio is
described in said deed as a minor, is now of majority age
in the State of Florida.
And the said parties of the first part do hereby fully wari•ant the title to
said land and will defend the same against the la~~~ful claims of aIl persons
whomsoever.
