Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; together with the im-
provements thereon and all furniture, fixtures and equipment
contained therein, replacements thereof and additions thereto.

Together with all and singular the tenementa, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in

erected thereon, together with and including ail of the boilers, machines, heating plant, lighting plant, and all
' plumbing apparatus, fixtures, appliances, ventilating equipment, toilecs, basins, electric heating and Gghting
E plants, lighting fiatures, power machinery, plant or plents for running and operation of passenger or other elevators.

located in the building upon said land, and all other machinery, appliances and apparatus now or hereafter placed on said
premises, either in renewal or replacement of fixtures, machinery, appliances and appurtenances originelly installed on
said premises, in connection with the completion thereof or in addition thereto which may hereafter be placed upon ihe
above described land, which seid fixtures, machinery, appliances and appurtenances the Mortgegor warrants shall be
free from any encumbrances, retention of title or other claims in favor of any other person and that this deed she11 be a
; first lien thereon.
TO HAVE AND Tn HO1.D all and singular the said property hereby conveyed, mortgaged, pledged or assigned
by the 1~tortgagor, or intended so to be. unto the :~iortgagee, in fee simple.
And the ~Iortgagor covenants with the :~lortgagee, that the Mortgagor has full power end lawful right to convey ~
said land in fee simple as aforesaid: that it shall be tawful for the Mortgagee at a11 times peaceably and quietly to enter
upon, hold, occupy and enio>• said land: that said lend is free fram all encumbrances except as mey be herein described:
thet the Mortgagor will make such further assurances w perfect the fee simple title to said land in the Mortgagee ae may
resaonably be required; and that the Mortgagor hereby futly warrants the title to said land and will defend the aame
