HomeMy WebLinkAbout1417 RESOL UTI4N NO. 73-115 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Fiorida held a public hearing on the 23rd day of October, 1973, after first publishing a notice ot said hearing in the News Tribune at F~rt Pierce, Flarida on the 8th day of October, 1973, on closing, vac.ating and abandoning the follo~ring described portions of drainage and utility easements, and renouncing and dis- claiming any right of St. Lucie County and the public in and to the lands lying within said portions of said easements in St. Lucie County, Florida described as follows: 1. The west three (3) feet of the 25 foot drainage - easement between Lots 250 and 251 of Sheraton Plaza, Unit IV Replat, as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 18, St. Lucie County, Florida. - 2. Five (5) foot utiZity easement on the east side of Lot 310 of Sheraton Plaza, Unit IV Replat, as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 18, St. Lucie County, Florida. and ; WHEREAS, at said pubZic hearing there were no objections to ~ ' closing, vacating and abandoning said portions of said drainage and ~ utility easements and renouncing and disclaiming any right of St. Lucie County and the public in and to the lands lying within said . portions of said easements, and in the opinion vf the Board of County Commissioners, it is to the best interest o£ the public to close, vacate and abandon said portions of said easements and disclaim and renounce any right of St. Lucie County and the public in and to the lands lying within said portions of said easements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County CommiSsioners of S~. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 23rd day of October, 1973, as follows: I.
