Five (5) foot utility easement on the east side
of Lot 310 of Sheraton P1aza,.Unit IV Replat, as
recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 18, St. Lucie
County, Florida
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned, and any
right of St. Lucie County and the public in and to the lands lying
within said portions of said easements is hereby disclaimed and
renounced.
2. That a Notice of Adoption of this Resolution shall be
published in the News Tribune, Fort Pierce, Florida, one time
within thirty (30) days of the date hereof.
3. That the proof of publicati~n of the Notice of Public
Hearing, a certified copy of this Resolution, and the proof of
publication of the Notice of Adoption of this Resolution be
recorded in the deed records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
