AMENDED FINAL JUDGMENT
This matter being presented to the Court on its own Motion
to correct a Final Judgment entered February 26, 1973, and recorded
in Circuit Minute Book 85, at page 63, of the St. Lucie County Public
Records, and it appearing to the Court that said Final Judgment is
erroneous in that it includes a Judgment against C:ai~az~ na~,~~~~
Church whereas, said Judgment should only be aga~nst the Defendant,
E. E. Carthon, and the Court hereby corrects said Final Judgment as
follows:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Judgment entered against CALVARY
BAPTIST CHURCH is hereby vacated, and that the Complaint against
CALVARY BAPTIST CHURCH is hereby dismissed and a Judgment is entered in
favor o£ CALVARY BAPTIST CHURCH against the Plaintiff, REV. JAMES BROWN,
and the said Plaintiff shall have and recover nothing from CALVARY
~
BAPTIST CHURCH, and it is further; ~

; ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Judgment entered February 26,

1973, against E. E. CARTHON in the sum of $1,700.00, along with costs

# in the am~unt of $20.00, be, and the same is hereby affirmed, and said

; Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff, REV. JAMES
