~AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF SAINT LUCIE
Before me, the undersigned authority personally
appeared CHESTER B. GRIFFIN, who being first duly sworn
did depose and say:
1. That he has personal knowledge of the facts stated
herein and that George H. Stattel and Anna Stattel, his wife,
both of whom are now deceased, acquired certain real property
in Section 15, Township 35 South, Range 38 East, as tenants ~
by the entiri.ties in February, 1956.
2. The said George H. Stattel and Anna Stattel remained
marriec~ until the time of her death and the said George H.
Stattel was a single man when he conveyed the subject property
to Son Bob, Tnc., in August, 1963.
