be given their testimony. After due deliberation, the court finds
the greater weight of the evidence supports the claim of the Plaintiff
and the court determines that the real estate commission mentioned
in the complaint was to be three percent of the purchase price, or
$22,713.00, as contended by the Plaintiff, and nct $18,000, as con-
tended by the Defendant. The court further determines that there is
due, owing and unpaid by the Defendant to the Plaintiff, the sum of
$4,713.00. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that a final judgement in the amount of
$4,713.00 be and the same is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff,
GEORGE A. SALEEBY, JR., and against the Defendant, FRANK J. HAAS, ~
for all of which let execution issue. `
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
