TOMPKINS, husband. ~ TEI~ORARY RELIEF ORDER This cause coming on before the Court on the Wife's petition for temporary relief and the Court having heard the parties and based upon the hus'±and~ not having an immediate income and the urgency of the pqyments to retain her present property and the husband's immediate pa,yment of $60.00 for ; child support paid in the presence of the Court and Without pre~udice to either party and the Court being f~lly advised the Court finds a necessity for support to be continued and other relief as to the parties, there~'or, there- - upon; it is hereby COASIDERED, ORDERED and ADJUDGID as follows: 1. That the husband, GARY E. TOMPKINS, sha11 pay to the wife, ; JACKIE TOP~KINS, support in the amount of $60.00 eac week after date paying th ~Qo?~i~ r` same to the Clerk of the Circuit Court~together ~rith $1.00 costs therefor, paid r in cash or money order to be forwarded to JACKIE TO'_~KINS, 3200 South Seventh f I g Street, Fort Pierce, Florida. . ~ 2. That JACKIE TOMPKINS be and she is hereby aWarded the exclusive ~ ~ custody of the ~oint property of the parties consisting of one mobile home arid ` ~ heretofore occupied as the home of the parties located presently at Dixie Mobil ~ ~ ~ Home s ~ e ; ~ ~ a, - pending further order of the Court. ; ~ 3. That the husband sha11 in addition thereto pay the other items o ~ ~ indebtedness together with his o~n car payment, J. C.
