SUQORDINATION

hereby does subordinate the reserved right of tlie developer under Article XI of
the Declaration of Condominium, as amended, filed in the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, in OR Book 192, to the lien and encumberance created by
a mortgage instrument dated APr;? 20,1973 between Jeffre R. Goodman
