hereby does subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article XI of
the Declaration of Condominium, as amended, filed in the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, in OR Book 192, to the lien and encumberance created 5~r
a mortgage instrument dated April 18,1973 between Robert K. & Edwina M. Anderson
and First National Bank & Trust Co.
