PARTIAL RFLEASF OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRCSENTS:
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CIiY QANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignm~nt of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor P,esorts of America, Inc., to Continental
Mortgage investors, a Massachusetts Business Tr~~st, securing
~5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Luc~e County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by P4udification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the su;n secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of $1,112,392.00 and
also encu~n5ering other lands in Polk County, Florida, ~vhich
Modification of htortgage D,ed was recorded in Official P.ecord .
Book ~07, Puge 857. et seq., Public Records of St. Luc~e
. County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage hlodifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Beok 210, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of tihe mortgaged premises, fra~n the lien and operation of said
mortgage; -
N(~l, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of Eiqhty-Two Thousand One Hundred Sixty
