KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BAP~K, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of ~Imerica, is
now the otivner and hol der by assi gnrnent of the fol 1 ow~i ng mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:

encun~bering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification ~f
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of $1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed tvas recorded in Official Record
.6ook 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Fiorida, and as further amended by Mortgage Niodifica-
tion and Extension Ayreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265,.Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WNEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the proper~y herein~fter described,~being a
~ part of the mor~gage~i premises, fran tF~e lien and operation of said
mortgage;
