TtiIS CAIISE coming on the Plaintiff's Complaint for a temporary
and permanent relief, without notice, pursuant fio an Affidavit that
irreparable injury may be done unless said relief is granted and the
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon, ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendants, Universal Adams, Inc.,
Dickerson, Inc, and Nat Harrison, their agents, employees and or ser-
vants be and are hereby enjoined and restrained from doing any further
work and/or dredging on the property owned by them in the area re-
ferred to as the "Savannas" and partially located in:
Sections 29, 30, 31 and 32, Township
31 South, Range 40 East,
