;i THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing on October 31, 1973,
upon Petition for Dissolution of Marriage and Answer and Counter-Petition ;

;1 for Dissolution of Marriage and CHARLES J. TURPAN, Petitioner, having ' ~

appeared with counsel, Charles Stone, and the Respondent, JANET B, TUR- ~

PAN, having appeared with counsel, Paul D. Burch, and the Court having ~

heard the testimony of the parties, their witnesses and having considered- ~
, ~ the evidence, arguments of counsel, and being otherwise fully advised in the ~
;
premises, the Court finds and decides as follows:
1. MARRIAGE. The parties were married on May 17, 1969,
. in Kings2and, Georgia, and the marriage is irretr-ievably broken.
2. RESIDENCY. Both parties are bona fide residents of and .
have continuously lived in Florida for more than six months prior to the
~ commencement o; this action.
3. JURISDICTION. `This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
. and the subject matter of this action. .
4. ANTENUPTIAL AGREEMENT. The Court finds the
Antenuptial Agreement entered into between the parties on the 17th day of ~
May, 1969, is void and unenforceable against the Respondent, JANET B.
~ TURPAN, on the following grounds: • ,
a. The Petitioner Husband failed to fully disclose
his assets to the Wife.
b. The Respondent Wife did not have independent
advice of counsel, ;
c. The Respondent Wife did not have a full under-
