1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CJRPORATION, its successors or assigns, sha([ notily ~

within the immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accompli~h the required repairs, maintenance,
etc., set forth in said notice within 15 days after receipt o! same.
2. If the undersigned shall fcril or refuse to accomplish the required repairs or maintenance,
etc., wilhin the prescribed time, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORP4RATION, its successors or assigns,
acting by mzd through its duly authorized agents may come upon the premises !or the purpose ot doing
ihe necessary work. Prorided, however, tha2 such work shall be limited !o lawn and yard maintenance
to prevent cm overgrowrt or unkemp! appe~cmce, and to painting cmd minor repcrirs to the exterior of
the building or buildings, silua2ed on the premises in order to pre~~Hnt cm Unsightly or unsate condition.
3. As to cmy costs or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
cessess or assigns, in bringing about ana accomplishing the work referred io in the n:~tice, the under-
signed ayrees to make pa~ment thereo! within l0 days atter demQnd. Provided, howevet, that demand ~
!or paymeni shall not exceed actual costs or expenses incuned.
4. In 1he event that the undersigned shall fail or retuse to make payment ot the actual costs or
expenses incurred, ihen, and in thod event on}y, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
c<~ssors or assigns, may undertake collection ol the sum which the undersigned is obligated io pay
hereurtder, toqether with all costs ol collection including a reasonable attomey's fee. GENERAL
