bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the following described

~ TOGETHER with all strudures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the fixtures attached ~
_ therefo and aH rents, issues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises all of which are included ~
with~n the foregoirtg description and the habendum hereof. Also all gas, steam, electric, water and other heating, ~
cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and power systems, machines, appliances, fixtures ~
and appurtenances, which now or may hereafter pertain to or be used with, in or on said premises, even though ihey ~
may be detached or detachable. ~

gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at its option, at anynme within twenty (20) years from the date hereof and be-
fore full payment of this mortgage and notes secured hereby, make furtiier advances to the Mongagor and any ~uch
~ further advances, with interf~st, shatl be secured by this mortgage and shall be evidenced by an additional note the~
~ ~npaid, and the total amount of indebtedness that may be sewred by t~is mortgage may decrease or increase from time _
ro time, but the total unpaid baiance so secured at any one time shall not exceed ~he maximum principal sum of
