S L M DEVEIAPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, does hereby make, declare and establish this Declaration of Condominium as and for the plan of dwellinq ownership and condominium for IA ENTRADA DEL MAR, being the property and improvements hereinafter deacribed. > I. ESTABLISHMENT OF CONDOMINIUM S L M DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, hereinafter called the "DEVEIAPER". is the owner of the fee aimple title to that certain property situate in Fort pierce, County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, and which property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit: ~ (SEE "BXHIBIT A" FOR IEGAL DESCRIPTION OF REAL PROPERTY) ; and on which property there is to be conatructed a series of apart- ment units containing 57 dwelling units and other appurtenant improvements. DEVELOPER does hereby submit the above-referenced ~ property more fully described in "Exhibit A",and improvemente to condominium ownership, and hereby declares the same to be a Condo- minium known and identified as "IA ENTRADA DEL MAR", which IA ENTRADA DEL MAR will hereinafter be ref~rred t~t~ a~ "CQ~:~IIL'ItA~.". ~ YI. ~ SURVI3Y AND DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENTS Annexed hereto and expresaly made a part hereof as "Exhibit B", consiating of pagea, is a survey of the land and graphic description and plot plans of the improvements constituting the CUNDOMINIUM, identifying the PRIVATE DWELLINGS and COMMpN PROPERTY, as said terms are hereinafter defined, and their respective location$ and approximate dimensiona. Each PRIVATE D~WELLING is identified by ; specific numerical designation on said "Exhibit B", and no PRNATB ~ D'WELLING bears the same designation as any other PRIVATE ]7WELLING. ; - ~ ; ! III. ~ > ; PRIVATE D~WELLINGS AND COMMON PROPERTY F ~ The CONDOMINILAri consists of PRIVATE IyWELLINGS and COMMON i PROPERTY, as said terms are hereinafter defined.
