and other ~acilitie• located in the COMMON PROPSRTY for furnishing
of utility and other eervices to the PRIVATS DWBLLINGS and eaid
COMMON PROPSRTY, and should any incidental damage be caused to
any PRIV~T$ D~SLLINri by virtue of any work which may be done or
caused to be done by ASSOCIATZ~1 in the maintenance, repair or
replacement of any COMI~JN PROPERTY, the eaid ASSOCIATION shall, at
its expense, repair auch fncic7ental damaqe. Whenever repair or
zeplmc~aent of windawa, sliding glasa cioora, plate glass installa-
tfons, or acreening is neceesitated by any casualty covered by •
isisurange carried by ASSOCIATION, the ASSOCIATION ahall pa?y the cost
and expense of auch repair or replacement up to the amo~nt o~ it~
eaid insurance recovery, with any additional cost and expenBe to be
paid by each PRIVATS DWSLLING awner; all as previously specified
herein; othe=wiee, the repair and replacement of all auch_install-
atfone ehall be performed by e ach PRIVATE DWSLLING owner at his
coat and expense.

PSRSQ*TAL LIABILITY AND RISK OF LOSS OF aWNSR OR PRIVAT$
DWBLLING AND SEPARATS IN3URANCE COVSRAGE, BTC.
The owner of each PRIVATE DWSLLING may, at his own expense,
obtain insurance coveraqe for loss of or damaqe to any furniture,
furnishinqe, personal effects and other pereonal gr~gerty belonging
to such o~wner, and may, at his own expenBe and option, obtain insur-
ance coverage againat personal liability for injury to the person
or property of another while within auch owner'e PRIVATS D9+18LLING
or upon the COI~QN PROPERTY. All such insurance obtainecl by the -
Owner-of each PRIVAT$ DiWELLaTG shall, wherever such provisions shall
be available, provide that the insurer waives its right of eub-
rogation as to ~any claims against other ownere of PRIVATE D~WELLIL~GS,
ASSOC:ATION, aad the respective servants, agents and guests of said
other awnere and ASSOCIATION, and such other inaurance coveraqe ahall
be obtained fraan the insurance company from which ASSOCIATION obtains
coverage against the same risk, liability or peril, if ASSOCIATION
hae such coverage. Risk of loss or damage to any furniture,
I furnishings, personal effects and other pe=sonal prop~rty (other than
j such furniture, furnishings and personal property constituting a
l portion of, the COMMON PROP$RTY) belonginq to or carried on the person
~ of the o~,mer of each PRIVATE DW$LLING, or which may be stored in any
PRIVATE DiWELLIDiG, or in, to or upon COMMON PROPERTY, shall be borne
by the o~amer of each such PRIVATE DiWSLLING. All furniture, furn-
ishings, and peraonal property constituting a portion of the C~OMI~JN
PROPEFTY and heYd for the joint use and benefit of all awners of
~ all P~cZVATS DiWSLLINGS shall be covered by such insurance as shall
be maintained in force and effect by ASSOCIATION as hereinafter pro-
vided. The owner of a PRIVATB D~i~TELLING shall have no personal
liability for any damagee cauaed by the ASSOCIATION or in connection
with the use of the COIrII~N PROPERTY. The owner of a PRIVATB DWELLING
~ shall be liable for injuries or damaqes resulting from an accident
in his o~m PRIVATE DWELLING, to the same extent and degree that the
~ owner of a house would be liable for an accident occurring within
the house. .
