PRIVATS DWSLLING, ASSOCIATI4N is hereby granted a lfen upon
such PRIVATS ~TSLL~Na and ite appurtenant undiv~ded intsreet
in COM~ON PROPBRT'Y. which lien ahall secure and doea seewre
the moniee due froan all asaessmente now or hereafter levied
against the owner of each PRIVATE DWSLLING, which lien ahaZl
also secure interest, if any, which may be due on the amount
of any delinquent aeaessments owing to ASSOCIATION, and
which lien shall also secure all costs and expenses, includinq
a reaeonable attorney's fee, which may be incurred by
~ ASSOCIATION in enforcinq thie lien upon said PRIVATS DWSLLINO
and its appurtenant undivided interest in COMMON PROPSRTY.
The lien grante8 to ASSOCIATION may b~ forecloaed in the
State of Florida, and in any euit fo~ the forecloaure of aaid
lien, ASSOCIATION sha21 be entitled to rental from the owner
of any PRIVATE D~WSI,LING from the date on which the payment of '
any asseesment or installment thereof became delinquent, ancl
ahall be entitled to the appointment of a Receiver for safd
PRIVAT$ ~LLING, wi.thout notice to~the owner of auch PRIVATE
DiPIELLING. The rental required to be paid shall be equal to
the rental charged on comparable type of Dwelling Units in
St. Lucie County, Florida. The lien grante8 to ASSOCIATIO~T
shall further secure such advances for taxes, and payments on
account of superior m4rtgaqea, lien or encumbrances which may
be required to be aclvanced by ASSOCIATION in order to preeerve
and protect ita lien, and ASSOCIATION ahall further be
entitled to interest at~the rate of 896 per annum on any such
ac]vancea made for auch purpose. A 11 persons, firms or
corporations who shall acquire, by whatever means, any
interest in the ownership of any PRIVATB DiWELLI~TG, or who
may be given ~r acquire a mortgaqe, lien or other encwabrance
thereon, are hereby placed on notice of the lien riqhts
granted to ASSOCIATYON, and ahall acquire such interest in
any PRIVATS D~WELLING expresaly aubject to such lien rights.
K) The lien herein granted unto ASSOCIATION shall be effeetive
fram and after the time of recording in the Public Records
~ of St. Lucie County, Florida, a claim of lien stating the
description of the PRIVATS D~iELLING encumbered thereby, the
name of the record owner, the amvunt due and the date when
due, ar?d the lien sha12 continue in effect until a~l surne
secured by safd lien, ae hesein provided, shall have been ;
' falZy paid. Such claima of lien shall include only assese- :
~ menta which are due and payable when the claim of lien is ~ ~
~ recorded, plus interest, costs, attorney's fees, advances ;

t Ir the event that any peraon, firm or corporation shall
acquire title to any PRIVATE DWELLING and its appurtenant
~ undivided interest in COMMAN PROPERTY by virtue of any
~ forecloaure or judicial sale, foreclosing or resulting f=am
the foreclosure of a first mortgage encumbering Buch PRIVATE
K D~WSLLING and its appurtenant undivided interest in C~MMON
; PR~OPERTY, such person, firm or corporation so acquiring
£ title shall only be liable and obliqated for assessments as
