That part of the S 395 feet of the N 890 feet of Lots 1 and 2
of J. I. KELLEM'S SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 3, at page 85, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the E side of a 60 foot street known '
as Oleander Avenue, said point being 30 feet E of the Section
line and 110 feet S of the N line of above tract; from said ;
point of beginning run N along the E line of Oleander Ave.
110 feet to a stake; thence E 653.15 feet to a stake at the ~
NE corner of above tract; thence S 172.5 feet to a stake; thence ~
w, parallel to the N line of the tract hereby described, 360 -
feet to a stake; thence Northwesterly to a point which is 110 '
feet S of the N line of above tract and 170.81 feet E of the
p oint of beginning; thence W 170.81 feet to the point of begin-
ning.
