~ THIS INDENTURE, Made this 17 day of May , A.D., 1966,
by and between FLORIDA P04IER AND LIGHT COMPANY, a corporation under the lavs
of the State of Florida, and having its ofFice and principal place of
busiaess in the City of Miami, in said State, party of the first part, aad
the County of St. Lucie, a body Corporate, and a Political Subdivision of the
State of Florida, and its succeasors ia interest, party af the •econd part, ~

Ttut the aaid party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sus of One Dollar to it in hand paid by the party of the second part,

receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged, and for other aad fuxther good and
valuable considerations, has remised, released and quit-clai~ed to the party
of the aecond part, and its successors in interest, for the purpose o£ a

public atreet and side~alk and purposes incidental thereto, the follawing '
described land, situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State
of Florida, to-vit:

It is the intention of the party of the first par[ by this

It is expresslq provided that if and when said road or aidewalk
shall be lavfully and permaaently discontinued, the title to the above
described land shall i~ediately revert to the part o£ the firat part, its
