BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally appeared
R. C. FULLERTON and W. F. Blavlock , both being to me well
known and kno~nn by me to be the Lxecutive Vice Presideat, and Secretarv
Secretary of the FLORIDA POWER 6~ LIGHT COt+IrPANY, a corporation under the la~rs of ~
the State o€ Florida, and which said Corporation is knovn by me to be the
person described in and which executed the foregoing inatru~ent, the said
officers of [he aaid Corporation being likewiae kno~,rn by me to be the officers
thereof who, in their official capacities as such officers of said Corporatioa
executed, signed and delivered the said inatrument as the act and deed of said
Corporatiap, and the said officers of said Corporation then and there severally
