TO AAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular tbe tenements,
hereditsments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in a~rise appertaining, and
the reversion and reversions, remainder or remainders, rents, issues and profits F
thereof, and also all the estate, right, title, interest, property, possession, claim
and demend vhatsoever, as Well in laW as in equity, of the said ~-t;~agor in and to }

forever.
And the Mortgagor hereby covenaats With the Mortgsgee that he is in-
defeasibly seized of said land in fee simple; that he has full po~ner and laWftiil, right
to comrey the same in fee simple as aforesaid; that it shR1Z be la~l for the
Mortgag~ee at sll times peaceab~y and quietly to enter upon, hold, occupy and en~oy
said lsnd, and every part thereof; that tbe land is and srill remain free froaon all
encumbrances; that said Mortgagor vill make such Purther assuraaces to perfect the fee
simple title to said ~d in said Mortgagee as may be rea.sonably required, a,nd that =
said Mortgagor does h; by fully ~rarraat the title to the property bereby mortgaged,
and every gart thereof, aad xill defend the same against the laWrii.l claims of all =
persons Whomsoever.
PROVIDED ALWAYS that if the Mortgagor sha12 pay unto tbe Mortgagee that
certain promissory note, of Which the follo~ing is a substaatial copy, to-wit:
