ORDER MODIFYING TEMPORARY INJUNCTION
THIS COURT issued a Temporary Injunction without notice on ~ ~
November 2, 1973, enjoining and restraining the Defendants, UNIVERSAL
ADAMS, INC., DICKERSON, INC „ and NAT HARRISON, from doing any further
work and/or dredging on certain property in the area referred to as the
"Savannas". Subsequent thereto, pursuant to notice, the court held a

hearing at the St. Lucie County Court House on Monday, November 5, :
~ 1973, to consider whether or not said Temporary Injunction should
~ remain in effect. _
The court having heard testimony and arguments of counsel on
behalf of the PZa~ntiff and the Defendants, for the purpose of this
hearing, makes the following findings of fact: That the land where
the Defendants are presently working is owned in part by Universal
Adams, Inc. and in part by General Deve2opment Corporation; and that
said land is partially covered by water, but is not sovereignty land
` of the State of Florida; that the body of water known as the "Savannas" -
is subject to the jurisdiction of the State of Florida as provided by

Florida Statutes Chapter 403; that the Defendants are in the process

~ of constructing an earthen causeway across the Savannas; that said
~ causeway is substantially completed from the west shore line of the
