RESTRAINING ORDER
This cause came on to be heard upon the sworn Petition
of the Wife for a temporary Restraining Order, restrainin9 and
enjoining the Husband from interferring with, molesting, using
physical violence or annoying the Wife or the minor children,
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is, there-
upon, ~
ORDERED as follows:
1. That th e Husband, NOEL P. BUSSERT, be and he is hereby. '

enjoined and restrained from interferring with, molesting, using . f

physical violence, harrassing or annoying the Wife and the minor '
children.
2, Al1 and singular the Sheriffs of the State of Florida
are directed to render such assistance to the Wife as may be ~

without further Order of this Court.
