This cause coming on to be heard before me this day, and
it appearinq from the sworn Petition and the Court file herein
th~t service of process was duly and regularly had upon the _
Defen~ant on the 16th day of ~T~BER , 1973 , and
the nefendant notwithstandinq said summons, has fialed to
appear, answer or otherwise plead on the return day fixed
therein, and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
