Associates Capital Corporation, whose resident and post office address is

Jack D. & LaVeta J. Ers'kine , as Mortgagor to Outdoor Resorts of America,
Inc., dated June 17 19 , and filed for record in the Public Records in and/for
St. Lucie County, Florida, in OR Qook c~ , page ~ a/ , which mortgage encumbers
the following described real estate in said county to wit:
Lot No. 142 , Section II , in that certain condominium known as OUTDOOR !
RESORTS OF AMERICA AT NETTLES ISLAND, as shown by plat recorded in the Office
of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 16,
