h10RTGAGOR FURTHER AGREFS:
1. To make all payments required by that note and this mortgage promptly w•hen due.
2. To pay ~:11 taxes, assessments, liens and encumbrances on that property promptly when due. If
thet are not protnptly paid, the Mortgagee may pay them without v~aiving the option to foreclose, and such
pa~~ments. ~sith interest thereon from the date of payment at the same rate as specihed in that note, shall

3. To commit, permit, or suffer no waste, impairment or deterioration of the mortgaged property.
4. To pay all eapenses reasonably incuned by the 1liortgagee because of failure of the Mortgagor
to comply K•ith the agreements in that note or this mortgage, including rea~naUle attorne~•s' fees. The cost
