Inc., dated Aaril 1 19 73 , and filed for record in the Public Records in and/for
St. Lucie County, Florida, in OR Qook ~ ZD , page-~~ys;
which mortgage encumbers
the following described real estate in said county to wit:
Lot No. 1035 , Section II , in that certain condominium known as OUTDOOR
RESORTS OF AMERICA AT NETTLES ISLAND, as shown Y?~~ MA~~M~rA~ ~h~ nfF~~~
of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Flurida, in Plat Book 16,

together with a note secured thereby with interest thereon from date of said note.
Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc., as developer and assignor hereunder hereby dGes
subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article XI of the Qeclaration
of Condominium, as amended, filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in OR Book 192, page 821, to the lien and encumberance of the mortgage hereby assigned.
