SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, Made this day of September,
1973, between RAYMOND L. HAMPTON, hereinafter called the
Grantor, joined in the execution hereof by VERA L. HAMPTON,
his wife, both of the County of Cabell, State of West Vir-
